That was fun, now what?

The Final Shot finished its amazing and very successful run at Theatre503 on Saturday night. I don't think I've ever been held responsible for making so many people cry before. (Is that what maturing as a playwright is all about?) As much as some wonderful reviewers would like us to transfer, it's hard for me to see it happening without 'enhancing' it into a farce or a bit of a sing-a-long. Given that the play is about a documentary maker deciding whether or not to film his friend's final breath, that's perhaps a bridge too far. Then again, what do I really know about what is to me the Land of Oz?

Now it's back to looking for work, looking for representation in the UK and getting ready to participate in the NaPlWriMo (facebook reg. required for this link).

But I'm open to suggestions. Any ideas, o' blogosphere?
